added value of the product
Continuous super slow-motion systems available on the market are limited to a maximum of three times normal speed capture, which does not provide the quality and detail of the best ultra slow-motion footage.
A continuous ultra slow-motion system, providing a real time output of up to 300 fps at native HD resolution, i.e., an up to ten times normal speed capture, is a significant advance on the current state of the art.
The advantages of a broadcast-integrated ten times normal speed continuous ultra slow-motion system are:
- it gives broadcasters an ‘always-on’ ultra slow-motion solution: no action need ever be missed again
- it offers broadcasters the ability to extend the use of ultra slow-motion, while matching the very high quality and detail they have become used to from the current generation of ultra slow-motion systems
- it allows a ten times real time output for sports where a three times normal speed capture is not sufficient
- it provides all the flexibility of a three times normal speed capture, but at 10 times the normal speed; while allowing the operator to select the frame rate between 1 to up to 10 times the normal speed
- by continuously streaming ultra slow-motion to the industry standard server, while simultaneously providing live output, it simplifies the setup and workflow for ultra slow-motion operators using existing slow motion remote controllers to manage their replays.
