I-MOVIX Gains Ground in South Africa: Multiple Cameras Deal with SuperSport
In accordance with its strategy aiming at developing new markets fond of cutting-edge sport technology, I-MOVIX successfully introduced its SprintCam Vvs HD in South Africa. Following the assessment of the technology by M-Net engineering and OB Van teams in the end of 2010, the cameras have been on air from the beginning of 2011 second quarter. The multiple cameras deal was closed with the support of Telequip, the leading broadcasting equipment supplier in South Africa.

The SprintCam Vvs HD was first used on the occasion of a major international cricket game between South Africa and Zimbabwe. The event was produced by SuperSport, South Africa leading broadcaster. Replays put on air varied between 250 and 1,000 frames per second.
